"Friendly, helpfull and the honest service, best since ever. Reception helped whatever and whenever needed. They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. On Sunday, Serat got seasickness pills by their own vehicle for our boat trip. They are here just for their Customers. First time here and surely not the last one. Recommendations"

"Superb little boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. The greeting at reception from Ms Senim was really lovely and all the staff were helpful and very nice. The hotel has a truly calm and tranquil feeling. The indoor pool looks lovely for warmer weather with it's retracting roof. Location is great - a 20 mins gentle stroll into the town centre and 200m from the beach. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We will be back - thank you 🙏"

"We were happy to be close to the Bashkent hospital so we could visit our son a few times each day."

"Location and breakfast view are the best features. It is a bit over priced for hotel facilities but if you're looking for a quick and restful stay without any frills then its a very nice and central option. beds are comfy and linens were clean. Rooms and bathrooms are small in general and theres no pool etc. Could get street noise on 2nd floor maybe higher floors are better. "

"The hotel is good, exactly as they present themselves, a 4-star. The staff is actually very friendly and nice, almost everyone. The lounge chairs on the beach and the beach bar are not all-inclusive, so keep that in mind. Also, the towels they provide are very outdated and smell after use, so you'll need to bring or buy your own beach towel."
