"First the bad points: It's a small 'business' type hotel as opposed to a fun family holiday hotel (this a good point as well). There is no entertainment or animations team so your children will be bored all day and evening as you will be in the evenings. Areas around the bar and pool were very smoke filled all the time. Surfaces wet and slippery at times although staff do their best to keep clean. Food was not interesting at all and limited in variety so avoid 'All Inclusive' especially if...

"We had no shampoo and no blankets in the room and had to ask several times to get them. We had a leaking shower that created a paddle on the floor and asked for it to be fixed. It did not get fixed during our whole stay. We always had water on the floor which is terrible first of all and not safe at all if you slip and fall and break any parts of your body. The staff was friendly, but still, the problems did not get fixed."

"So, the room was fine. All staff extremely helpful, and the food very nice! Extremely clean too. The problem was there was extensive building work going on inside the hotel area, and the wether wasn't good, so we couldn't tolerate the noise which went on near the lobby all day long, except mral times. I had annef on staying more days as the location and food are great, but checked out because of the noise. The poor reception manager, had to endure right next to it!"
