"Had two nights here, staff really friendly and helpful, room was good and beds were comfy, had a nice meal there. Only downside was the room was above the bar area so a little noisy and room 1 bathroom adjoined ours no 2, it was like they were in the room with us , singing in the bath and some poor person being sick "

"Beautiful old farmhouse which has been tastefully decorated set in lovely gardens with plenty of outdoor seating. The room was well equipped with no need to ask for anything. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of coffee & tea making choices available. A treat (cake or biscuits) was left daily in the room. "This property is amazing. Not only is it furnished beautifully. It's comfortable, well equipped and very spacious. The host Michael had sent me a very informative email before our stay and then sent a check-in email during our stay. The park itself is quiet and the lodges aren't on top of each other. The location is so ideal to get anywhere in Cornwall. We will define book lodge 22."

"The actual property itself was ok not particularly comfortable for a family of four.The area is quiet though but steep as yiu can expect in Cornwall. There was no welcome pack and communication was non existent and therefore rating the whoke experience terrible. "
