"Great hotel! Easy to find, close to motorway, plenty parking, modern, spacious, comfortable and very clean. My only complaint is the menu was very limited and there's nothing in the immediate area. An outdoor area for a drink would've been nice too but overall, a good stay."

"The accomodation is only a 5-7 minute walk from the main town which had plenty of choice for food. The rooms were clean and a good size and our motorbikes were secure in the car park located right next to our rooms"

"Lovely hotel. Literally directly across from the train station. Perfect for a one night stop over for CRL airport. Staff were perfect, facilities were as expected! We purchased brekki & there were a large range of options! Large shopping centre & a lovely lil mining museum to spend a good day out in."

"Again I’ve booked accommodation in an industrial area! But the hotel is nice and clean, friendly bilingual staff. Good parking. Nothing around it food wise (or anything) so you have to go into La Louvière. I would use it again though"

"I booked my stay through hotels.com and paid the hotel in advance. However, the hotel charged me full price when I checked out. I have emailed the hotel and they say they haven't received a payment before. They told me to send a proof of payment, which I did. I sent them a detailed receipt but they said it wasn't enough. After that they just stopped responding to me. I should not even have to send them a receipt. Hotels.com are trying to fix this for me, but the hotel staff are all struggling...

"The place was a really lovely respite. The room was great and the tea/coffee station was a really beautiful touch. Transport from the airport was not as easy as I would have liked and after some negotiations I managed to get a taxi for 25€ each way. They take cash only. "

"My wife and I are usually very careful when it comes to booking a holiday but somehow this one got under the radar! We thought we had a bed not a bed settee, we thought there was a fully fitted kitchen, there wasn't, we thought we could use the lake, we couldn't as it was closed, I expressly asked twice if I could bring a kayak but had no reply, nor were we told the lake was out of action due to Algie, we also didn't know that pretty much absolutely everything else was extra, TV, Wifi, swimming,...

"Let’s start with the pros: -rooms were clean and tidy. -pool and spa facilities (all outdoor) were a lovely welcome addition and access was easy and until 10pm. -evening food in the restaurant was nice. Cons: -my biggest issue with this hotel is health and hygiene. The breakfast was quite frankly inedible as the young lady doing breakfast service had left most things uncovered. Flies had literally swarmed the pastries, bread, jams and juices meaning that my breakfast options were very limited...

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a essayé de nous trouver une solution 5 heures avant mon arrivée. Service Expedia complètement NUL ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de m'appeler pour me proposer un autre hébergement. Très déçu. "
