Even though uphill from the river, there were flood warnings for the neighborhood and some of the area coming in had water a foot deep. The weather alerts said it could get deeper which was kind of unnerving. The internet and in turn the tv service was very spotty although this was a big deal for us but streaming was difficult and would cut off.
