"We specifically booked this hotel as the property advertised Laundry (that the guests can use). We were greatly disappointed as the was the one stop that we paid slightly more than our budget and went slightly out of way just for the laundry. It was also the only night we had booked for laundry during our whole trip and we could only bring a backpack. "Loved the exceptional staff - very friendly and helpful. The room (panoramic view) was incredible, very spacious with amazing view of Mt. Eiger. Breakfast was tasty. Very walkable in Grindelwald and to/from train station. Stellar stay, I would definitely stay again! "
