"We spent two nights at La Covacha in July and it was an excellent Casa Rural. The owner greeted us and she gave us a lot of good information and amongst other things good directions for two walking trips with fantastic bathing opportunities in the Gargantas. The pool was nice and so was the mini pond with frogs. The large room was clean and breakfast was good as well."

"The hotel is in a beautiful peaceful setting in the countryside on the edge of town. I could only hear birds and insects. The room was comfortable and very clean as was the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and most of the cakes, biscuits and jams were homemade. There were cold cuts and cheese and we were offered bacon and eggs if we wanted them. It is well-placed to visit interesting and pretty places nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

Overall the hotel was very good, it could do with a lick of paint here and there but the reception and bar areas were very good. Overall we would recommend. "

"A functional hotel with friendly staff. Clean although a bit tired. Nice grounds and easy access to dog walks and conveniently located to Motorway. Very basic continental breakfast. Tapas in the evening was quite tasty. Pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. Good family hotel and dog friendly which Was perfect for us on our travels. "
