"It’s an old building with charm and character. Well situated to the Octagon and other city tourist sites. Parking on the street. Rooms and beds are small but adequate. Appeared to have a well patronised restaurant. Lovely aromas greeted you at the door. The doors and lift shut earlier than advised. "

"Thank you. The only thing that I need to address was the towel was not enough as I add one person. Plus the refund that they owed me it didn't come through. The place was good. Enough space but toiletry resources was not enough. For example towels and toilet paper."

"I little bit hidden entryway to the Motel off of Carroll, but worth a stay in the value for the price paid. Clean & comfortable. Not the hotels fault, but there was a noisy neighbor on one of my nights I would certainly stay again whenever in Dunedin"
