"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"The handphone reception is not very ideal. Front desk can choose not to answer the calls. No sound proofing. You can practically hear the guests walking pass at the corridor and guests dragging their chairs on the upper floor "

"Hotel was decent for the price paid. Quite clean but there were stains on bed sheets. Air-con is noisy but works fine. Room is spacious but has thin walls. The shower area in toilet is very slippery when wet, to be cautious. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if needed to come to this area. "The hotel was very quiet and clean. Lovely pool Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see. The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water. Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view. Rooms were comfortable and clean and very spacious, huge living area. "

"Everything about the room was great! Spacious, clean and even has a clean mini fridge. The amenities were subpar at best - gym, hot spring. Gym was limited in equipment and lighting was super dim - located within the Apartments/Condo instead of the Hotel itself. Hot Spring was a bit stinky to be honest.
