"The staff were very kind and helpful.I would recommend 2 wash cloths be given and when I asked the housekeeping staff for a 2nd one I was told I had to ask at the front desk, which seemed inconveient. Also a fan in the bathroom would be helpful, particularly since the room was so small the odors carry into all areas of the room. The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in and it was hard to find room for 2 suitcases. Also unfortunately was not used to switches that turned off the...

"What a gem of a find! Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Dublin. Staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. Room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Products in room were high quality. Nespresso pods, coffee/tea items, biscuits and boxed water were all provided as well as all Ritual products in the bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed, clean room, if a tad warm. Very short walk to main attractions and bus stop from and to airport on the No16 very close by - 4min...

"The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Staff were very helpful. Had a nice restaurant. The main drawback is that the room was very small. My husband's big feet didn't fit between the bed and the wall...but the room was cute, the bathroom nice with a good sized shower. There is a fridge and a safe. The bed was comfy. There were street noises, but that's expected on a busy street with lots of pubs and restaurants. I'd stay here again."

"This was a super comfy stay. The bed was comfy with good pillows and the shower was fantastic with instant hot water and great pressure. Roomy and lots of spots to store stuff as needed. Could've been a bit cleaner. Would happily stay again though!"

"The Cassidys Hotel is close to transportation and attractions. There is little need for cars and taxis in that area. There were also several good restaurants in the area. I found the room to be a bit cramped and the housekeeping staff should have been more conscientious, but it is a satisfactory hotel for enjoying Dublin. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Very modern vibe. Great restaurant downstairs and many walkable food options otherwise. Close to transportation options and shopping. Loved having a smart tv in the room for relax time and WiFi worked great. Contactless check in/out should be at every hotel!"
