"Super friendly staff and we really enjoyed our room and stay."

"We were walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. It was our first time in Dublin and was a great location. We arrived at 2am and finding the property was relatively simple from the directions we were given. The coded doors worked great."

"No smoke alarm no fire doors black ceilings and mould issues bread left in room was green, how the bed didn't break is a miracle air fresheners everywhere to disguise the smell check in was chaotic they didn't seem to know who we were and the whole house was like a hoarders paradise we did not feel safe and in the event of a fire could have been fatal. This property should not be advertised on any travel website."

"Enjoyed our stay"

"We loved our stay!"

"Really great place to stay, all amenities were great and room was super clean. You don’t get the check in information until the day of your trip so don’t panic. There really isn’t customer support or help from staff but if you don’t mind that, this spot is everything you need in Dublin. Would definitely stay here again."

"Extremely helpful staff, great location"

"Great breakfast, lunch and dinner options"

"Nice hotel!"

"A very nice hotel with good rooms. Personnel is very kind and supportive. The location is OK and not so far from the city center. I didn't have the breakfast but there was a room with complimentary coffee, water and some food. In general, I would recommend the hotel."

"My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the Waterloo during our recent visit to Dublin. Great location with easy access to transit, clean and quiet, great staff. Beautiful decor. Highly recommended."
