"We were very pleased with the unit, the view is superb, the lake was calm and clear. The kitchen was very clean, but lacking in some pots and pans, and all knives were very dull. No spices, so bring your own. The beds could use some updating. Well that is all the negative, very relaxing and quiet, with the gas fireplace creating a very pleasant ambiance . The location and ease of getting in and out made our stay just what we needed. Highly recommend and we will look forward to a return trip."

"Mistakes happen. When we got there, the unit had not been setup for our arrival as the beds were not made and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. I texted the host and she was responsive and came right over. I acknowledge that mistakes will occur. The important part is how the mistakes are handled. "Enjoyed location, right off north Lake Tahoe. Facility met our needs however, dining chairs were broken on several chairs making it inconvenient for our party of 8; patio had no electricity and electric grill did not work; master bedroom shower appears to have a leak into living room. "

"The house is nice and cozy. Everything worked and it was in very good condition. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The major problem is the property is listed as 2 bed 2 bath. While the house does have 2 bathrooms, one is off limits. The master bed and bath are designed as the owners area and access is denied. So while I paid for a 2 bed 2 bath I only got a 2 bed 1 bath.
