"Everything was great about this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times of the day/night. We had a great view of the volcano from almost all sides of the hotel, saw many sloths the staff even gave us binoculars to use and other residents were friendly too. Breakfast was limited with only three options and you couldn't mix and match. Fresh fruits was served daily as well as fresh juice. We walked around the area during the day and night trying out different restaurants, souvenir shops, and locally owned businesses and felt completely safe. Everyone was friendly, they truly lived a Pura Vida lifestyle."
