Shower curtain was starting to mold, mirror above sink was warping badly, Under the tub the support was soft and unstable. The manager of the property’s was out. they said She was in the hospital. No other person available to address issues."

"Quiet And spacious. Didnt expect it to be hot, even with ceiling fans, air did not circulate well. Otherwise we enjoyed it."

"Turtle bay was beautiful as always. Condo suffered. Carpet in bedroom smells and needs to be replaced. Dirt marks on refrigerator. Screen to lanai was broken, wheels need to be replaced. Furniture on lanai was rusty. Wasnt looking for a stocked kitchen but there was zero in the way of salt, pepper, any spices.not used to that. "

"This unit was less than average. We were very disappointed to hear that this property would not provide us an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towel. After spending over $2,000 to stay here, we would expect to see an extra roll under the sink or even provided to us after calling the front office or management. Instead we were told that "the property only provides a starter kit." Being that this is a condo, we do cook meals here and treat this place as a home, so one would expect to see at...
