"It’s our first time visiting Hawaii and our stay here at the hotel was excellent! We had a relaxing and fun stay here. It’s so close to the beach, McDonald’s, Polynesian cultural center and food land. Everything went well.. The next time we visit Hawaii for sure we’ll be staying here again. Thank you! Everyone was kind and courteous."
"My husband and I stayed in the bungalows which we loved the only thing if I had to complain was no ice machine for the bungalows I did not like that. I had to call bellhops and have to order ice and then tip them every time the price we pay for the hotel there should be convenient located ice"

The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

Thankfully the staff is nice and the breakfast is good, otherwise I wouldn't book here again."

Buffet breakfast was included during our stay, it was okay, the only thing they change is the meat breakfast (bacon, chicken sausage, etc.)
Our housekeeper was not friendly. She doesn’t replenished the toilet paper even though it’s obvious that she needs to give us 2 rolls. We’ve asked on day one that the conditioner need refilled but it was never done (we...
