"This place was a great deal! I reserved a studio, but they upgraded us to a one bedroom for no extra cost. Very happy with our unit. Big view of bridge, marina area and boat traffic. Quiet, but not real busy at this time (April). Well supplied kitchen (but no tea); spacious including two bathrooms (one is just toilet and sink). Everything works, is generally comfortable, and looks nice. The bed is a bit odd: top mattress isn't same shape as support, maybe just needs to be turned and...

"This was our first stay at The Anchor Inn Resort and we will definitely be back. We loved the location. The South end of Lincoln City is much quieter and less chaotic than the main part of town but still close enough to everything you'd need. And let me tell you, THE MOST COMFORTABLE HOTEL BED I'VE EVER SLEPT IN. The amenities were also great. Our room had a complimentary s'mores kit, a couple bottles of water and some chips. The courtyard had multiple fire pits for roasting your marshmallows...

"The view of the ocean from our room was fantastic. The room was very clean and spacious. It was close to the things we wanted to do and staff pointed out some other interesting things in town. A little warm due to no air conditioning but a fan was provided in our room. Also gave us an adjoining room with the couple we were traveling with without even requesting which was nice. Would stay again if in the area."

"Overall, I did enjoy by stay. But, the cleanliness did concern me a little. The sinks and drains looked to be very dirty. I also had a situation where I needed to call the front desk about a concern I had about suspicious guests but a) the phone did not work and b) the front desk did not seem to be concerned. Thank you!"

"Was great atmosphere and setting. Good view and old school charm. Bed was on wheels, and sink faucet was set to far back so water went all over the counter. Loved the cart to help take bags and people from parking to room. Vegetation was fantastic throughout the property. "

"The property is lovely, the rooms are very comfortable and the view is awesome. The restaurant and bar has a great menu and the staff were very accommodating. Every menu item we tried was exceptional. There was a complimentary wine tasting of a local wine and the person pouring was very knowledgeable. The room was clean, I enjoyed the complementary products supplied. The only less than stellar thing I noted was the hall carpet appeared dirty or at least in need of a cleaning."

"We love staying here-usually make a trip to Newport area a couple times a year. The rooms are comfy & we enjoy the view & falling asleep to the ocean sounds. The slider door stuck & the carpets getting a little fraid but we'll keep coming back. The staff here are the best!"
