"The stay was ok, but with the room I requested, it was not even close to what I expected for the price. I have stayed at comfort inn much nicer than this room. For a superior room, it was far from it. The heat did not work proporly, it did smell a bit, the fridge did not work as it rattles when it cycles. "We asked if we could sit in the common area by the fireplace. Staff said, "We don't turn on the fireplace THIS LATE IN THE SEASON." I said, "It was on last night." They said, "Okay, we can turn it on for you." It was a cold and windy April day. I felt like it was a great imposition so we stayed in our rooms. Also, they seemed reluctant to give out coffee pods for our rooms since there was no coffee in the lobby. Most motels have coffee available in the lobby at all hours of the day. ...

"This property was very unique and had a very nice bar area near the lobby. The breakfast had lots of options and plenty of room for guests. There was a parking garage just around the corner. When we visited, it happened to be a very warm spring day and the building hadn’t switched over from heat to air conditioning. Since our room was on the lower level, we didn’t feel comfortable opening the windows, so it was pretty stuffy. "

"Great hotel but the restaurant is pricy. The windows are thin which led me be awaken by a couple out in the street arguing. Parking is in a very dark parking lot off of the alley. The room had a lot of modern amenities and downhill make up for some of the challenges. "
