"The room was decent but shower door slides open on its own when showering, Keurig did not work and refrigerator was not plugged in. Refrigerator worked once we pulled it out and plugged it in but seriously we had to crawl around on the floor to make that happen. Location is good near Target Field. "

"The parking information was TERRIBLE & the exit ticket didn't work twice; my husband was refused exit, walked all the way back to the hotel and was told "they couldn't do anything." He went back to the parking and expressed his frustration (loudly!) whereby the lady let him leave. We paid $105 for this "privilege" after one desk person told us he wouldn't charge us, but when we checked out the next person said we would be charged. I expected to be charged so that wasn't an issue, just a bit confusing. The parking personel were very unhelpful and we basically had to figure everything out ourselves. We were joined by 2 other people who were also frustrated. In addition, I requested a room with two beds and we were given a room with one bed. The only positive thing I can say is that we got clean towels every day. Very sad!"

"Love the vibe and decor at this hotel. Very cozy and love all the little touches like the ice and refillable water bottle dispenser in the hall. The drawer frig, steamer instead of an iron, live music at night, great restaurant and best of all the location. It is close to everything from football to mlb to the mill district and Guthrie theater. Excellent!"

"Hotel is under renovation so the onsite restaurant was completely closed, as well as certain amenities were broken/not functional. My initial room had a broken safe and broken tub jets-I was able to switch rooms thankfully. At least half the staff were young & serious lacking customer service skills. Good central location downtown."
