"They had us down for two rooms, which I did not reserve. A couple who was there with us, arranged their own room and I knew that. So I want to know how Expedia had me down for two rooms. I need a refund from Expedia NOT from Hilton. I will be calling Expedia for an explanation and a refund."

"Our air conditioning didn’t work. Room was 80 degrees and uncomfortable to sleep in. Hotel was full and manager unavailable. We were told multiple times that the manager would contact us to discuss a discount and we have yet to hear from anyone. "

"The room was very clean. Their restaurant, Stock and Bond is outstanding. The parking is insane. Valet is hit and miss (sometimes they are at the curb for hours and sometimes there is nobody in sight). I bought a 4-day pass and 2 of the days nobody was working the valet station. The parking garage across the street is difficult to notice/find/get into and it is super tight inside and if you don't get the QR code from the hotel staff then you can't get back into garage to retrieve your vehicle. Parking is complicated and time-consuming. But, the hotel itself (rooms, restaurant, lobby, location) are all great."
