"Came the 5th may Had my 5 year old Daughter very safe for her but the POOLS were FREEZING did not want to spend a lot of time in the pool at this time of year which is a shame cause all a child wants to do is play about in a pool Also didn’t think there was a lot going on for kiddies through the day no kinda Kids club "

"This hotel is good for families wanting all inclusive, if you want a relaxing stay look elsewhere. Was convenient for a last minute booking by the beach. "

"Hotel was great apart from the buffet that let down the whole experience. There were several local restaurants near by that were offering great food. One other complaint was that the hot tubs located on the roof with a great view of the sea were quite cold. It was a pitty because we enjoyed our stay overall. "

"Beautiful facilities, clean and spacious but do not go here if you do NOT drive. I repeat. It’s far from everything. No buses go here or shuttles cabs are super expensive and even the bike ride out into town took us three hours and then we had to bike it back. We were so sore. Other than that, perfect. "

"Adequate facilities for a 3* hotel. Food options could be improved. Altho’ the public areas have been modernised our room was quite drab & would benefit from a facelift. Staff were polite & mainly efficient, hotel seems geared twds Spanish clientele, no English tv channels in room & entertainment quite poor. "
