"The hotel itself was ideally located and impecably maintained by staff. I do however have 3 complaints. According to my booking a complimentary bottle of wine was to be provided upon check in. The bottle was eventully brought to the room on day 3 of 4, after i mentioned it. The bottle had a cork, no corkscrew provided. ew complaints the biggest of which was that when I asked to speak with the manager regarding my concern that in the expedia property listing it states that umbrella and chairs under beach ammenities only to find out that they cost $20 euros a day to rent. Why would these not be listed as extra fee items versus ammen. Inoncern I was told by several staff that they would be in later in the day only to find out on my 4th visit that they were not scheduled to work that day and would not be in....why not tell me that in the first place. I did leave my name and number and was never contacted."

Any questions about transport to the airport, theme park, attractions in the area..etc - the answer was " we don't provide this information". Also accepting deposit only in cash with cashmachine in hotel charging you a huge rate for withdrawing cash looks like more like scam rather than 4* hotel service. Everything else was perfect ."

"What a great little place. 2 bedroom spacious appartment with a good sized balcony. A well equiped kitchen with washing machine which was a bonus because mine had broke the day before my holiday. Staff really helpful and nice. Nice pool with plenty of beds and not too busy. A very safe and secure building. Nice restaurants a short walk away. 20 mins walk to beach. Would definitely return. I have no complaints at all."

Durante toda la estancia nos sentimos satisfechos y disfrutamos de un ambiente agradable.Sin embargo, al finalizar la visita se produjo un incidente que afectó nuestra impresión global. A las 10:25, la responsable de limpieza llamó a nuestra puerta solicitando la salida inmediata. Este hecho nos sorprendió, ya que en visitas anteriores al mismo hotel nuncahabíamos tenido una experiencia similar. Consideramos que probablemente se trató de una instrucción administrativa y no de una iniciativa personal.Este detalle nos causó malestar y empañó el buen recuerdo de laestancia. Por ello, aunque valoramos mucho los aspectos positivos, creemos que sería conveniente revisar este tipo de procedimientos paragarantizar que la experiencia de los huéspedes se mantenga plenamente satisfactoria"
