"We were there for a single night in the 2 queen bed room. The room and bathroom were clean. Beds are comfortable and there is a fridge, coffee maker and a safe in the room. Not much of a view where we were,but a very safe location with lots of restaurants and cafés around."

"Everything was great except for the parking! We couldn’t get parking next to the Kasa for any of the days of our stay, so we had to park a 10-15 minute walk away and pay for expensive parking. "

"Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great Midtown location with plenty of places to eat in the area and close to interstate. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning. We were told via text that it would be adjusted remotely. Asked again but did not get a message back until day of checkout First night we were ok because it was actually a cooler night. Nights 2 & 3 we opened the windows. "

"Beautiful hotel with nice building lobby and cafe. There was some seating in front of the hotel as well. The parking location was unclear...you park in the adjacent hotels parking garage behind the hotel for reference but it isn't labeled for Hotel Indigo. Overall room was beautiful, however the bathroom (sink, toilet and shower) was super tiny. Definitely not designed for a larger person. "

"Booked this place because of how close it was to the State Farm Arena for The Concert we attended and was just perfect.. We had to check in late and the Communication back-and-forth was just perfect. The Rooms was great and the space was just perfect way better then booking with a hotel.. only thing is the bathrooms tubs should be fixed but other then that no complaints just was a great stay "

"People who said the area was dangerous must have been living behind a gated community their entire lives never leaving their rooms. If this is bad they should go head to San Francisco downtown. Nice area, nice place."

"The check-in process was quick, and the person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. I enjoyed hanging out in the bar area as well. I've stayed here before and will definitely be back again!"
