"Lovely hotel, Great location less than 2miles from Bergerac Airport. Gentleman on reception Welcoming, Friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed (spoke perfect English also). We had two Superior Themed Rooms which were beautifully decorated. We did have an issue with one of the rooms previous guest smoking in. "For the price it was as I expected Nothing to write home about but it was clean No hand towels give and shower draws plugged so water built up. The attached resturant was nothing special either. Meat was very limited and not great quality. "

"We had a view of the city and the window. All the staff were awesome. Amazing location. No fridge but they chilled out wine for us. You can pay for Parking or just find it on the outside and walk in. If you like to get an early start get breakfast at the hotel as nothing opens before 10 in town."

"there is a new side and an old side to the hotel. We stayed on the old side. There was a very large spider in our room. There were cobwebs on light fixtures in the bathroom corners. The staff was excellent and attentive. I am gluten-free, and they did try to make accommodations. They did have rules for me. But not much for me to eat. Other than that we tried the restaurant the menu is only in French and hard to understand and not sure that the staff understand what gluten-free means. Overall,...

"Perfect place to stay with your family. There's a lot to do in the surrounding area. 5mn away from the supermarket Leclerc and 10mn away from the amazing town of Bergerac. Great and vibrante at night with all the little restaurants and places to enjoy the culture and music. The only downside of the property was the lack of air-conditioning."

"The setting is beautiful and the service very friendly and efficient. we stayed in a comfort room which was clean and comfortable, and quite spacious. The hotel has good facilities including a gym, sauna, pool and tennis court."
