"I checked in and it was given the key to a wrong room. People were there quite embarrassing, went to the right room. It was unlocked and open. No one knew why it wasn't the best check in I've ever had, but it was a clean well-maintained. Holiday Inn. I enjoyed my stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. "The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

"We loved finding this AirB&B because we waited too long to book a place near the Eclipse path in 2024. This was literally the only reasonably priced place for miles. It appeared as it may have been rushed into being ready for such visitors. There were a few small stains on the master carpet and stickers on the master bedroom dressers. "Trip was fantastic home met our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable, we all slept well. Air conditioner kept us cool and the back deck was a great respite at the end of the day. Norma was in constant contact with us though we never needed her, but she was readily available. If your attending an Air Force Graduation I highly recommend this property. Its close to the base like 5 minutes and 20 minutes to the airport. Restaurants are every where. Just a great stay!!"
