"Honestly had a great stay here. The room was clean, everything worked well, and it was nice and quiet at night. The location near Lackland AFB was super convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, I was really impressed. Would definitely stay here again."

"Black mold in the bathroom, ceiling tiles buldging and falling apart. The front desk agent at night was passed out when I went for assistance due to noise at 1am and two people sleeping in their car outside of my room. Left a day early due and was told I would be refunded(video evidence) The hair dryer cord was pieced together, wasn't going to risk trying it. I recommend going anywhere else. "

"The breakfast was good and the eating area clean and comfortable. Older facility with friendly accommodating staff. "

"The staff was very kind to work with. I unfortunately the property itself is the underwhelming part. They do have a pool but it isn't clean at all, the room itself was not bad. There were two dogs that tried to attack me and my family if we walked a certain direction. But it was affordable:)"
