"Very nice room with lots of space. The bathroom and the bed is gorgeous and very large. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well equipped with lots of utensils. We preferred to go to the hotel restaurant for dinner. very good breakfast and Italian cuisine. The gym and laundrette are also well equipped with modern equipment. "

"Location is off the beaten path just enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city but within close enough proximity to get to quickly. Fantastic apartment - clean and updated, staff were helpful and friendly!! Only drawback is Parking but that’s citywide. There is no parking garage connected with the apartment so plan wisely. "

"Hotel exceptionally clean, staff and attention to detail was perfect. Room was elegantly designed and silent, pillows the only problem, one too large, one too thin, both uncomfortable to use. Breakfast was superbly balanced and fulfilling. Hotel very close to the U3, and your in Vienna centre in 10 mins. Overall, we had a wonderful stay her and would certainly return, only negative as mentioned id the pillows."

"We visited Maximillian a month earlier (actually looking for another property that had closed). After meeting Erica at reception, we knew we would choose Maximillian ! So generous and pleasant, Erica took time to advise us about many aspects for our next Vienna visit. Upon return last week, Erica remembered us and introduced us to Samuel... another gracious and thoughtful younf host. Maximillian is new, modern, luxurious. But, it's Vienna. There are lots of those. For us, it's the people....

"Very nice, recent and well furnished small apartment. Layout very functional. I appreciated being able to store my bags upon arrival (too early for check in). Grocery store right across the street, plus other nearby. Lots of transit options around as well, easy to get anywhere. Would definitely stay again."

"In a very tight street away from the city. Limited parking and old rustic rooms. Towels almost paper thin and lighting and internet very weak!"

"Great location, close to subway and tram. The price was good for being close to inner city. Our room was on the side of the subway rails and was rather loud. Ear plugs if you need them is suggested. "

"The area around the hotel is at present a building site, but i have to say it did not spoil our time there. The staff were all very helpful, especially Tania? who went out of her way to help us out as we tried to contact Eurowings regarding our lost luggage. She lindly phoned us and sent a photo when it finally arrived"
