"We went on a Saturday when the springs were open until midnight. Magical to be out in the springs under the stars. Service overall was great. The dinner meal service was slow but the food was good. Two of us had massages that were ok, not exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel. We had a great experience there. "

"Nice and quiet. Our window opened out to a vineyard surrounded by Olive trees. Included breakfast is a croissant, packaged toast and coffee. No other options. We stayed 09/29 - 10/02, restaurant on site was closed. Staff was helpful and directed us to places nearby. 10 drive to Colombini for lunch (excellent) or Conca di Sapore for dinner (OK)."

"This was the most welcoming place that we stayed of 7 places on our trip to Italy (which included 2 B&Bs). The room was clean. It was pretty much a standard size for Europe in this price range--not cramped, but not overly large either. The toiletries were welcome after having a run of bad luck with previous hotels. "Dated hotel with some charming and well-meaning staff. Breakfast is standard. They would have charged $99 without breakfast for an expedia price of $78 with breakfast. That tells me they're not in tune with the reality of the situation, neither their quality in comparison with other places, nor their value. Actually for this rather average, dated hotel, I think $78 was about right given the the conditions and location. "

"While the staff were mostly helpful and friendly we had an issue trying to check out. We booked and paid through hotels.com and they tried to charge us twice saying we hadn't paid. There was also confusion on the location of the hotel. The map listed on hotels.com is wrong which caused issues with our plans for the weekend. The hotel is up the mountain in Velletri and we had to take more taxis than anticipated, which are few and far between in Velletri."
