"The rooms seemed updated but we had a lighter, old dirty towel left in our room when we got there. Our air conditioning unit leaked all over the ground so half the room was a pond, when you walked on it, the water splashed. We had a 2 towels put down to soak up the water which was brown. We asked for maintenance and it wasn’t taken care of until the second time we asked. They supposedly fixed it and put another towel down and the second towel was soaked after an hour. Not a good stay at all."

"Sheets had disgusting stains on them, hair on “clean” towels and the bathroom was digusting and clearly had not been cleaned. The front desk lady was RUDE, all we did was ask for another sheet and 2 pillows instead of making her come up and fix and and she was still rude. Shower curtain smelled, and their hot tub apparently isn’t working right so you have to turn the jets off yourself. Fine, no big deal. So we get out and are literally drying off and here she comes to turn the jets off. Ridiculous! Take some of that energy and clean the room or wash the sheets!! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here!! I can’t fathom why the reviews are so good, it’s gross!! And there’s sketchy people all over the parking lot, she didn’t do anything about that either but man, those hot tub jets are attended to!"

"At check-in we only had two towels. The pool was out of towels. I had to ask multiple times before we were able to get some several hours later. We spent our whole first day just using wet towels. We also had to use our towels to sop up water from the bathroom that flooded every time you took a shower. The tv didn’t work. The lights behind the headboard didn’t work. The ironing board was broken and had to be propped between the bed and wall to use. I brought my concerns to the front desk. She said the general manager would be in shortly. She mentioned they were fully booked and we couldn’t move rooms (we didn’t want to anyway as we were rooming next to family) I told her we would be fine and I’d settle for a few drinks tickets for the bar. No one from the hotel ever got in contact with me in an attempt to either fix our room or offer any sort of compensation otherwise. The hotel is dingy and outdated which we assumed given the price, but our room was horrible and I’m very disappointed that no one bothered to return my messages and offer compensation if any sort."
