Your room was clean and a neat condition. It was definitely family friendly. Staff was great having to pay $20 a day for parking when you are a guest at the hotel is a bit much. I feel like there should be a tag or some type of item hanging off of your mirror to show that you are a guest of the hotel so that you do not have to pay the inconvenience fee and there should be a parking lot designated for hotel, parking and other parking for day passes.

Always a fun stay. Dunkin in the lobby for the mornings with mobile ordering from the room is just a bonus! The waterpark is geared more towards little ones compared to Mason, Oh. Very close to Cedar Point and restaurants.

Suite Room is big, comfortable and clean. Love the balcony to be able to sit and Relax after a fun day. Lots of other things to do like bowling, arcade , build a bear store, candy store, Dunkin’s & gift shop! They have luggage carts as courtesy to take your belongings from car to room and back which makes everything so much easier. Water park was amazing. Food was really good at Gitchigoomie Rest. & it was not expensive at all. My daughter loved it so much.

Great family vacation with 6 and 8 yr old. The place could use some revovation but overall it was an easy place to have fun for 4 days. Lots of close by dining options as well as on site. Very clean room. Lots of you staff for the kids to have activities.

Overall an excellent experience and stay. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially the water park staff. The water park wasn’t crowded and it was clean. The only item that wasn’t amazing was our suite’s bathroom, which could use an update and a deep clean. All in all, we loved the hotel and will return.
