"Great location in Olbia . We were put in the “new” wing. No WiFi ! Room was clean but towel hangers were broken. Bathroom radiator did not work and bedside lamp was broken. Breakfast was simple , great coffee and a GREAT server. Free parking was a bonus."

"Great little hotel. Staff was excellent- always very kind and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good with a large variety of fresh fruit, pastries and delicious cappuccinos to start your day. Location was perfect to explore from with short distances to Olbia and amazing beaches. Rooms were a little outdated but kept very clean. A quaint small town but very quiet- just what you need for a family. Would definitely stay there again."

"Additional expenses, not specified on the reservation, asked during the check-in (50 cleaning fee, 100 services fee). Still waiting for the receipt. Not for families, The pool guard often absent and a lot of guys did not respect the rules. Noise during the night, old air conditioning system created weather under my luggage"

"Good location next to beach and close also to other beaches to drive, also close distance to Olbia. The manager Andrea was great- helped with all requests. The negative point is that there is no sound isolation between the floors and when the neighbors upstairs were loud at night- we could hear everything."

"I couldn’t stay the night... This hotel is more like a hostel. There were several families in residence with kids running & screaming in the filthy living room / bar area off the lobby. I the manager took me to my ocean view room but it was a closet with driveway view. He said that was all they had available for the night; odd given that aside from the 3 families, the hotel was empty. Finally the manager "found" a seaside room that was available. He took me up and showed me this room which did...

"The apartment is decorated in a basic way, but definitely comfortable. A bit more kitchen equipment would have been useful, but since we only stayed a week we didn't really need to cook more than once. There is no AC, but the apartment stayed cool during the day and the fans help to ventilate so we slept excellently. The location of Costa Ruja is perfect if you want to explore the Costa Smeralda. There are plenty of gorgeous and quiet beaches less than a 15 min drive from the property. The pool...

"Easy to access - just off of SS125 from Palau. Easy to get back on SS125 for trip to airport. Choice of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed one night en route to airport for early flight - no concierge 00:00 to 06:00 a.m. - but arranging to leave independently was not a problem. No frills - friendly and helpful staff."
