Perfect location for travelling into and around Olbia. Room was cleaned every day and the staff were very helpful in organising taxis and extra pillows. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. The location was convenient, and the parking was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. We would be happy to stay here again!

Bad position to the town, no comfort in room and bathroom, very poor breakfest. We had paid for 5 days, but left after one night and booked a good hotel i the towncenter. This hotel is not 4 stars - but one star. We feel cheated.

The City Hotel is a 3-star property at best. It feels a bit like an apart-hotel, but without a kitchen, and the room doors open directly to the outside. The best and most notable thing about this place is, without a doubt, the cleanliness, which was excellent. However, there are several major logistical issues to keep in mind if you plan to stay here: Transit hotel only: This is strictly a place to crash for a night and move on, not for an extended stay. Limited front desk hours: The reception closes at 10:00 PM. If you arrive after hours, things get complicated. Terrible nighttime signage: The directions to find your room are not clear at all. In the dark, finding your way around the property is almost impossible. Suggestion for the hotel: They should really provide a clear map or send a short video to late-arriving guests showing exactly how to access each room. In short: It does the job for one night thanks to how clean it is, but the nighttime arrival process is highly frustrating.

Serviceable, but not fancy

It's a pretty tight room for 3 adults, let alone 4 (fortunately, we were 3). Bunk bed was pretty unstable, but fortunate I'm only 160 lbs on the top bunk. Any shifting while sleeping threatened to shake the bed like a 6.2 eathquake, but we survived. Air con worked well, water pressure in shower was good, staff was nice and helpful, but limited parking on-site (access to public lot across the street). Really nice pizzeria next door open until midnight.

Das Personal war super nett, aber das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ich habe vorher noch nie eine so durchgelegene Matratze gesehen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da. Spa kostet extra, 1h - 35€/Person

Dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain il avait beaucoup des cheveux d'une femme de menage ou précédente invité. Wifi dans la chambre ne capte pas car l'amplificateur du réseau se trouve dans le couloir. Meubles anciens, murs avec des taches. Linge de lit est propre. Bruit de la route
