"We got a small room with a big bed, large TV, private bathroom and spacious private balcony. The front desk service is excellent, as each employee is very kind, helpful, and give you complimentary chocolates upon arrival. There was a working elevator up to our floor, and with the windows closed, it was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the city except for the occasional ambulance and frequent church bells. We only had one neighboring room slam their doors and talk in the hallway once...

"This hotel is in a great location, providing easy access to rail and airport links.The room was comfortable,very clean and has a kitchenette. Check in was exceptional,with Vick giving us a friendly, courteous welcome and offering a free upgrade which was appreciated,after our arrival after a long day. He was also very helpful when my husband had some issues with his phone. The early morning staff member, who helped us with our ' grab and go' food was also great.We would stay here again and...
