" Checked in at the wrong JB centre Fives Hotel, not aware that we booked one was Fives hotel Meldrum, do not know there r 3 Fives Hotel in JB, took a grab over to Jalan Meldrum n that is a very quiet place, have to walk very far to eatery n shopping centre, either Changi city or R n F mall"

"Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… "

"The hotel was very quiet and clean. Lovely pool Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see. The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water. Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view. Rooms were comfortable and clean and very spacious, huge living area. "

"Everything about the room was great! Spacious, clean and even has a clean mini fridge. The amenities were subpar at best - gym, hot spring. Gym was limited in equipment and lighting was super dim - located within the Apartments/Condo instead of the Hotel itself. Hot Spring was a bit stinky to be honest. "Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! We were even informed that toothbrushes are not provided. It would be fine if toothbrush kit are not provided if is an serviced apartment style accom but the accom publicise itself as a...

"The services from the hotel were excellent. Nearby have lots of local foods as well as a supermarket and fast food joint. However, the downside is the hotel wifi is extremely bad."

"Friendly staff. Enjoyed complimentary unlimited white coffee, tea and hot Milo. Spacious lobby and relaxing water decorations. Cute cat family and dogs outside. Convenient pool table next door as well as short walk to many eateries and affordable cinema. First room had bed bugs but hotel compensated for it. Hopefully they will get rid of them soon. We were given a nice new room. Beddings very comfortable but limited toiletries available. Overall satisfying."
