"As with most hotels that have an adjoining casino, the room had no microwave or working refrigerator. Other than that, every area of the hotel & my room were very clean. I also had an extraordinary view of the Gateway Arch, Eads Bridge, and the Mississippi River. I will definitely stay at Casino Queen again in the future. "

"We originally were given rooms on the 4th floor, but before we could get to the elevator the manager was behind us and suggesting rooms on the first floor because of our 94 year old Mom. From my first interaction via phone with Katie at the Front Desk to every member of the service teams (cleaning, breakfast, etc) they were friendly, helpful and wonderful to deal with.
