"There is road construction going on just outside the property so it did make it a bit awkward getting into and out of property but otherwise the hotel was what we were looking for."

"Food was good but the meals were enormous. Some maintenance needed. Cracked sink in our ensuite and nowhere to put soap or bodywash in the shower."

"Great location and absolutely lovely staff. The public areas are quirky and nice. The beds are very comfortable and our room was spacious but the shower room was very small. The kettle in our room had a mind of its own thiugh and was very difficult to pour from without spraying water around the area - maybe wants checking out? Overall we enjoyed our stay thiugh and it’s good value for the price "

"I arrived at the property on Friday evening having reserved 6 rooms on Expedia only to be told there was no record of my booking (despite the fact I am now completing a review requested by Expedia) I was hosting a party of 10 clients for a weekend away so this was a shock. to be fair to the owner he quickly found us alternative accommodation , but this was a fair way out of town and far from convenient. I would suggest you double check your booking with the property before leaving ."
