"Purtroppo ho fatto una brutta esperienza. Nel prenotare mi è stato richiesto dal Vs. sito il pagamento anticipato di quanto previsto. Ho provveduto a tale pagamento e stampato la ricevuta. Al mio arrivo il proprietario ha detto che non ne sapeva nulla e non aveva ricevuto nessuna somma. Per ridsolvere il problema ci abbiamo impiegato 1 ora e poichè non sapevo dove andare sono stato costretto a pagare il supplemento di pulizia € 50,00 che non era segnalato da nessuna parte. "We booked this hotel because Hotel.com stated it was 12 km from Stilo that we wanted to visit. In actual fact it is 38 km from Stilo . We could not spend the hour in travel to visit Stilo. The hotel is comfortable and the staff were excellent in providing help and information."
