"I have stayed in many bed and breakfast hotels across Europe and Italy. This is by far the best I have ever stayed. The location is not super fantastic. It’s next to a main road but we can’t hear anything in the room. The room is simple but super super clean and well maintained. Comes with very clean toilet and shower. Mini fridge. Our window looks out to groves of olive tree. Highly recommended!"
"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite...
"Compared to other bnbs and abnbs the rooms are bigger and colder than most in the area. The staff is amazing, and the breakfasts are a good start to your day. "
"Great location right on the sea and a short walk to the old town. The gated parking onsite made it very convenient to do day trips throughout Calabria."
"Luglio 2025, viaggio di coppia, struttura sostanzialmente nuova di zecca, alloggio confortevole e personale cortese, servizio colazione e pulizia camera come in hotel, posizione strategica a meno di 1 km fuori da Tropea e fuori dal caldo e dal caos, comoda anche per raggiungere tutte le numerose spiagge nei dintorni.
I proprietari Valentina e Pasquale sempre disponibili su qualsiasi necessità comprese tappe turistiche e ristoranti."
"Følt Uvelkommen ingen mulig for taxi eller bus
Safety box virker ikke beskidt toiletter ,uorden beskidt swimmingpool
Rigtigt dårlig Morgenmad
Uprofessionel arrogant personale
Absolut ikke anbefaling til andre gæster."
"Honestly, the quality of the facilities just weren’t very nice and the logistics to get in and out of the room more challenging to say the least. The breakfast was good but the room had the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept off. The linens all need to be upgraded, the shower is the smallest shower ever. "
"Suite rooms ran down to unbearable condition. Bedding and furniture are old and damaged. Electric appliances outdated and damaged. Ceramic tiles very old and cracked. Bedding sheets were not cleaned and had spots on them."
"The stay was short but the dinner food we got was sub standard and expensive for what it was. Breakfast was much better. Overall service at reception was friendly "

"This hotell is in prime position, overlooking the water and a 12 minute walk into the town centre. To get to the beach, they have stairs (184 steps, i counted) snd you can either sit on one of the private beaches, or like us, buy a €10 umbrella and ger comfy on the sand (the hotel supllies brach towels, no limit). The staff were all anszjng snd accommodating, could not fault them. Always ups for a chat, with a smile and they even laughed at our Aussie humour.
Our room (305, seaview) was ok sized, with a great L shaped balcony overlooking the sea. The room was a little tired looking, the rain shower didn’t work well as most of the holes were rusted and clogged, but tge hand help shower was supee poweful, so i was happy with that.
The breakfast was ggod, greek yoghurt, fruit, museli, nuts, cold meats, cheeses, bread, cakes, boiled eggs, bacon scambled eggs, sausages, espresso coffees (whatever you like), tea, juices and water.
All in all in was a good 4 star hotel, but for the average price we paid €390/night, ww have stayed in better. But you do pay for the view. Also, the pool is a plunge pool/spa, not very large, so if like us you wanted a pool to swim, then be aware of this. Would i go back there....hmmm, i did love the position and the staff but fir the price, probably not"
"Good location, a 3 minute walk to downtown. The included parking is convenient since it is otherwise difficult to park in the area. Watch out for traffic if walking out of the property, specially with children, since it is near a busy intersection with no walkway.
Property has a restaurant and a nice swimming pool. Good view of downtown from the top.
Staff was attentive and helpfull."
"A very elegant but simple hotel with fanastic sea view. Swimming pool nice and very clean. Service is really excellent and all people very kind and helpful."
"Great property for families! Staff and hotel is very accommodating. Baby bathtubs, bibs, cutlery, cups, etc. could you more seating around the pool as it was often slim pickings. Grounds were beautiful, very well maintained, and the sunsets, unreal!"
