"We had to layover the night in Houston. This airport had a tram that went right to the terminals. Was 7 minutes from when we left the room to when we were at check in. Was very convenient. Comfortable bed and pillows "

"I called the day before inquiring about the airport shuttle and was told that I can get on it at IAH Terminal B door 103 or Terminal A door 115. When I got there we landed at Terminal C, so I went to the Terminal B door 103 following the signs for hotel pick up. After 40 mins I called this hotel and was told that they only pick up at Terminal A door 115, because of the construction. I was upset, because I call the day before and was given the pervious stated information. Otherwise the hotel was...

"Awesome staff from parking to front desk! Upgraded to presidential for more space. My daughter's prom sendoff was perfect. Room was clean window seals need a good dusting tho! View from 16th floor was beautiful! Lobby was nice! Maintenance provided me with trash bags to clean up our mess! So I'm glad I chose holiday Inn downtown Houston."
