"The owner stole my money, told me shed refund me for the room, so id leave, i did, then she lied and told expedia i stayed and refused my refund, we left bc bare wires, meth pipe burns all over, broken tv, bed bugs, roaches, room looked nothing like the picture, the bedding was dirty with food stains and dried food shower literally had someone elses hair in it. "St. Pete is a beautiful city. Property was conveniently located 10 minute walk from St. Pete Pier. The staff was very accommodating. They made a great recommendation where to visit while in town."

"Do not stay at this hotel We reported what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom of our room, which is a significant health concern, especially for a pregnant asthmatic. The only action taken by the staff was to have housekeeping wipe the area, which did not address the underlying issue or provide any reassurance of safety. The only other option offered was to switch rooms after 4pm the night before our check-out which is unacceptable, inconvenient and would not resolve the disruption to our stay. We made multiple attempts—two in person, four via telephone, and twice by email—to escalate this matter and requested to speak with a supervisor, but unfortunately, no one has returned our calls or followed up with us. This lack of response has been extremely disappointing. We are extremely disappointed considering the unresolved health concern, inconvenience, and lack of proper/ANY customer service. "
