"The setting is magical, and perfect for our smaller kids with activities and a kid-friendly swimming pool. Property condition felt a little dated and dining options were few and expensive, esp given the indoor option was very small and the hotel has no spirits licence (so only beer and wine available) "

Pros: 1.Rooms were super clean. 2.We had couple of items requested to our room and they were fulfilled very quickly. 3.Food was delicious and served with courtesy. 4.Location was amazing. Breeze from backwater itself can make your day awesome!! 5.Enjoyed complementary boat ride. Cons: 1. Overall property maintenance could be better. observed a lot of dust and dirt on exterior decoratives. 2.There was a list provided that explains activities...

"Hotel deco looking tired, corridor carpets dirty, doesn't supply 2 room entry cards per couple, bathrooms towels are old & frayed. The duty manager appeared to be cold and unwelcoming. Generally we got the impression the management was not investing enough into the hotel. some of the dining room staff gave good service and the chef accommodated our special requests."

"Extremely friendly staff who greets you each time they sees you. And they are very accomodating, helping me to book taxis and tuk tuk for my excursions around the area. The rooms are big and clean, very value for money. However, I would love to have them renting out bicycles for people to cycle out of the compound instead of just within the resort."

"Well located property. Front desk is great. The breakfast is served in a makeshift marriage hall and is not on time. The menu is limited. The restaurant does not function."

"Property is located on the prime location. It’s a calm and silent area. But the facilities provided like electric kettle and all are damaged. Bathroom door handles were damaged in some rooms."

"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."
