"Excellent cost benefit! It's beautiful and luxurious, without exorbitant charges for Tokyo. Great location, easy, with taxi lounge, shopping and food court, spa all in the same complex. Large room. New in every way."

"The hotel itself is very nice, but unfortunately the service level was extremely poor. We waited 3 hours and 45 minutes for our room, despite a confirmed check-in time of 3:00 PM. Traveling with kids made the long wait especially difficult, and there was no prioritization or accommodation offered for families. When we were finally assigned a room, it was the wrong room, and it had not been properly cleaned. There was also a noticeable musty smell, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, the staff’s level of service and attention to detail was not acceptable for an airport hotel. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here."
