"Nice and clean hotel with very good breakfast!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 1 day and immediately left. The hotel agreed to a refund, but then ghosted hotels.com and won't pay us back, despite the fact we didn't even stay in it - When we arrived there was no one manning the desk - We were given a roomkey. They said "go to floor 2 room 2". I saw room 22 and assumed that was our room, so I buzzed it with our key, and it worked. It opened another man's room. I went downstairs and clarified, it was acutally for room 2. So the rooms are simply...

"It doesn't really feel like 4 star hotel, had issues with the internet, they block it if you have a VPN installed on your computer. The rooms are ok but mkji bar was empty and bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast ok but not like in other 4 star hotels."

"I chose this stay based on posted desciption and filters on Hotels.com. I was looking for a local stay-cation with a pool. The name of the hotel does not include the words "& Spa". The pool featured in their photos belongs to another business -- which costs $20/hour with no discounts for hotel guests. I immediately checked out."

"The sauna and pool is not included in the room price and this was not clear to me. They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. "
