"Room quite spacious. Walking distance to the main hbf. Alot of nearby kiosk and restaurant. The only thing that i dislike is the environment nearby alot of dodgy people taking drugs in the middle of broad daylight. Overall i will say i had a pleasant stay. Will definitely book this hotel again if happen to visit frankfurt in the future."

"Missed the boat on being excellent because: no English TV., at least one English news channel would seem appropriate. Phone did not work to front desk; dangerous IF emergency arose. Room was ready, clean; shuttle every 30 minutes - good service from hotel to airport. Breakfast well presented in mice surroundings. Ideally located for one night prior to flight home."

"Staff was not around when there were 5 guests including me waiting for check in at 8PM. They only left a sign asking guests to call a local phone number if they require assistance. Why does the hotel expect guests to pay mobile roaming charges to request staff just to get checked in? Luckily one of the guests called and was able to get someone help us after 30 minutes of standing. For the room, chairs and sofa were dirty and had stains over them. Otherwise, room is bigger and better than the...
