Nice modern hotel. Let down badly by restaurant. Only poor buffet on offer, not good. 3rd floor bar was also closed when it should have been open. Not acceptable in a large hotel like this.

The property was very modern. The room was incredibly spacious. Even though we only got a room on the fourth floor there was still a decent skyline view. The facilities were clean and the staff was delightful at every interaction.

Nice place

Room was hot during the hot summer days. Fan was blowing, but I couldn't get the temperature lowered or the AC to kick in. Rooms are on the smaller side.

The hotel is in a busy area. Our room was on the 19th floor. It was tiny but efficient. The climate controls were limited, and I was a bit too warm with the coldest (-3) setting enabled. We're American, so that was not surprising. The staff were all excellent, especially Mohammed at the ground floor bar, and Tim up in the Terrace Bar. Both gave excellent local advice that ended up serving us well. Great job!

A very clean, modern hotel in a convenient location to the airport and tram to downtown. The tower has incredible views and the staff are all super helpful, particularly Matea and Oskar. Would stay again if in Frankfurt area.

Check-in took a while as there was apparentice trying her best to accomodate our request which I greatly appreciate. Rooms are a bit small, but does not cause any inconvenience. Location is optimal; skyline plaza takes 4 mins walking, and there are other dining options near by. Having a bath tub is always great, though you might have to compromise high floors for it. Overall, had great 2-nights stay.

Very clean property, staff was great and welcoming. This property have a modern look and feel, floor to ceiling windows; I was on the 8th Floor and had an ok view, I asked if I could get a higher floor however there wasn’t anymore availability. Overall a great stay and worth the money!

Property was phenomenal. Minutes walk away from the Frankfurt HBF station. Staff are very helpful and kind. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and have lots of great amenities. Front desk also offers water among other treats as a welcome gift.

1 Key Per Room?

We booked 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms had 2 people. The hotel only gave us one key per room and they claimed that it was a Microsoft issue. We also paid for breakfast and one of the attendants was harrasing my sons and i about whether we had paid for it. It seemed strange. Great hotel though.
