"I was very impressed with the variety of food presented during breakfast, there was a large variety of pastries, with gluten free options for thoes requiring it; they even had hot food. The room I was in was good however, I struggled to get hot water for my shower, this could have been due to the renovations taking place during my stay. "

"The hotel was available for early check in which that alone made it fabulous after 24 hours of travel....the rooms were comfortable, pillows amazing and staff beyond friendly. The location RIGHT across from the train station was also a HUGE plus!"

The only complaint I have is the pillows were not very comfortable. It also may not be ideal if you want to be close to city centre. But it’s very close to the subway. "

"The hotel is located in a historic area of Turin close to the Lingotto shopping centre which is part of the converted Fiat factory (the transformation is amazing and very eco-friendly). The spacious hotel lobby is light and welcoming and the rooms have plenty of space also. The service was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to help us with any questions. "One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in on our month-long vacation; a general comment would be that air-conditioning systems and the facilities management professionals are not accommodating for climate change. Hence, our room was quite warm at night, since the air conditioner system was not yet turned on in the entire hotel."
