"great place to stay in milan, location was good, close to everything, except for the few homeless sleeping very near the hotel entrance, it was safe. apparently, the staff doesn’t help with luggage, surprisingly for the 4 star hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful otherwise. i would still recommend it highly,"

Beddings very comfortable. Special thanks to Kenneth in front desk for being extra helpful! Would love to stay in any IQ Hotels again. "

My room was clean and comfortable however I found it humid, dark without the lights on during the day and didn't have a great view. The shower cubicle in the bathroom was compact. I struggled when showering because of the lack of space."

"Parking was supposed to be free and then when you get there, parking in front is free but it is always full and they charge you to parking in their garage. This is not truthful, I don't appreciate this. Overall an excellent hotel, high quality service. Bed was amazing and the food was great too. Lovely staff. I just did not appreciate charging me for parking when my booking includes parking "
