To not offer real glasses to drink from just seems so cheap. Also, no basic kettle to heat water just the nespresso machine(which I always find so overrated), so I had to actually walk down to the lobby for hot water just to make myself a cup of tea. At the time we checked in, very pleasant gentleman greeted us and went above and beyond to provide us with information and to accommodate us with best option for our big family with small children. "Hotel is practical for business travellers - no significant sights so if you are a tourist you will find more charming places in the hills near Piacenza. I was to late in arrival to try their evening restaurant. It looks more like a breakfast restaurant ie not particularly “cosy” My room was well clean-keep in mind hotels cleanliness is generally very good in Italy. If not, they loose clients and ultimately close. "

"Le séjour avait très mal démarré car j’ai acheté un une suite sur Hotel.com. A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. "I stayed for business, the hotel is in great condition and the place is very clean. The desk gets to be a bit overcrowded at times. My biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not do much (typical Italian Hotel). It was quite warm and my room was too hot. People are very friendly and I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips outside of Summer."

"The property is simple but well kept "clean". The staff, a husband and wife do the best they can to accommodate their guests and always wear a smile. They do not speak fluent English but try tirelessly to satisfy the quests. I enjoyed my stay"
