"We had a really good stay in this hotel the staff were really good and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Only one problem our tv would not work and after two staff members tried to repair it, it still did not work. We were offered a room upgrade with a new tv in it but my wife did not want to move so we declined the offer. As we do not watch much tv this did not affect our stay and would highly recommend this hotel and would book it again if we return to Bergamo. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff Best regards Derek and Pat Stewart xxx"

"This property is a good place to stay if you have transport. It is located several km from Bergano itself in an area that is not attractive for walking. Overall, as an economy option it is excellent with a superb breakfast. We found the floor in our room could have been beter cleaned which was a little disappointing."

Difficult to access rooms in the dark. Only one waitress employed so could only book dinner one night in the hotel. We were provided with a list of restaurants near by but a car is required. We travelled to three on the list that’s were closed down. Frustrating that they were still provided as an alternative option for food by the hotel."
