"This hotel is close to the tram stop which was very convenient. The hotel looks newer and that is reflected in the rooms. The room was large for three people. Everything looked clean. Breakfast was extensive! There was coconut yogurt and almond milk for those that don't eat dairy."

"It’s the first time I’ve not enjoyed the breakfast, which was disappointing. More concerning, however, was the service. Some staff came across as rude. while I understand not everyone may be comfortable speaking English, and probably it was a busy morning as well. But it’s not acceptable to speak about guests in another language, murmur behind them, or stare with visible frustration. Is this really the level of hospitality that this Marriott in Lyon aims to offer its guests? Was excited about...
