"Good to stay"

"The property and stay was great. My problem was that I booked a stay(prepaid)through Expedia for the wrong day (May 17) asked Expedia if they could just change to the correct day (May 19)they said I would have contact the hotel, the number on the Expedia site was not valid, I emailed them, they sent me back to Expedia. Expedia said that it was up to the hotel. Back and forth! Never got a resolution. Ended up booking for the correct day and just loosing the $200 I already paid "

"We stayed just for one night prior to flying out of NZ. One of the best airport hotels I have experienced. Rooms spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of easy parking and easy journey to drop off hire car in the morning. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good, reasonable value and very tasty. Highly recommend and would use again"

"Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed. We dined in the restaurant, but the downside was one of the chefs was not wearing gloves when plating up the food. Not a good look and unhygienic. The other chef (Asian) who did all the cooking wore gloves the whole time. "
